Edinburgh residential property investment and lettings specialist Cullen Property has appointed Steve Coyle as its new Managing Director.

The appointment, effective 21 May 2018, follows the retirement of co-founder and current MD Malcolm Warrack. Malcolm is stepping away from his full-time role, but will continue to support the company’s growth and development as a Board Director.

Malcolm Warrack, Cullen Property Board Director, says: “I am delighted to be handing over to Steve. He has been an integral part of the Cullen Property team and the company’s growth since joining us in 2003.”

These most recent appointments follow a period of growth which has seen Cullen Property expand its team of property managers as well as appointing Tom Corps as Operations Manager.

Earlier this year, Cullen Property co-founder and Chartered Accountant Ray Hartman, who had served as Chairman of the Board since 1998, passed on the Chairmanship title to his son Ben, a fellow accountant and ARLA member. Together with Malcolm Warrack, Ray will remain involved with the company as a Board Director.
