Edinburgh residential property investment and lettings specialist Cullen Property continues to strengthen its team of senior property managers in a challenging economic environment.

Property managers Daniel Warburton and Gary Ward will be the first point of contact for landlord and investor clients.

Originally from Shrewsbury, Property Manager Daniel Warburton has spent the past ten years working in Edinburgh’s property and financial sectors. Most recently, Daniel was a portfolio manager for a renowned Edinburgh-based property sales and lettings specialist. Having started as a property assistant, Daniel gained experience in all aspects of the property management business before completing Association of Residential Lettings Agent (ARLA) qualifications and becoming a property manager himself. His industry experience is complemented by a background in customer service. Combining both of his areas of expertise will make him invaluable to Cullen Property’s landlord clients.

Property Manager Gary Ward is the second new edition to the Cullen Property team. With over 15 years of experience in the Edinburgh property market as well as ARLA qualifications, Gary is looking forward to joining one of the capital’s fastest-growing property investment and lettings specialists. Gary has joined us after working for one of Edinburgh’s largest Letting Agencies where he was a Senior Property Manager. Having started there as a property inspector, Gary quickly progressed into the Property Management Team and then into managing his own portfolio and team. Having also worked in the hospitality industry for many years, Gary also briefly worked in property maintenance and has overseen some major city centre building refurbishments.
