Ng Homes has appointed Cruden Building, part of the Cruden Group, to carry out a multi-million pound project in the north east of Glasgow.

The £7.2m contract will see 49 flats being delivered, along with a commercial unit, within a new iconic building on the site of the former Burgh Halls in Springburn.

The development, which is due to complete in 2021, will offer 49 energy efficient flats, 21 of which will be available on a mid-market rental basis with the remaining 28 homes for social rental.
