Registered social landlord, Thenue Housing, has appointed Cruden Building, part of the Cruden Group, to carry out a multi million pound project in Glasgow’s East End.

The £12.7m contract will see 77 new affordable houses and flats being built at Abercromby Street, in the Calton area of Glasgow, with work expected to start on site next month.

The development, which is due to complete in 2021, will contain a combination of modern and energy efficient houses and flats, all designed to meet local housing needs.
