Iconic Scottish business CR Smith is today announced as the first sponsor of the STV Radio breakfast show – Ewen and Cat at Breakfast – which will be hosted by legendary duo Ewen Cameron and Cat Harvey when the station launches early next year.

A longstanding commercial partner of STV for over 40 years, with their recognisable brand a familiar sight on TV screens, the home improvement company has signed up as exclusive sponsor. New creative will feature on Ewen and Cat at Breakfast, which promises to be a mix of fun and nonsense, music, competitions and celebrity guests popping in for a chat, alongside lots of listener interaction.

The deal includes marketing activity across STV Radio and STV, as well as STV’s social media channels. The creative is being produced by STV Creative and will be unveiled in the new year.

CR Smith is already the sponsor of brand-new podcast, The STV Radio Football Show, a riotous weekly deep dive into the world of Scottish football. Hosted by the passionate and unfiltered Ewen Cameron and quick-witted fountain of knowledge, STV sports journalist, Ronnie Charters, the show is available on Mondays on STV Player, YouTube and wherever you get your podcasts.
