– Leading commercial real estate firm Colliers is proud to announce the promotion of three experts across Scotland.

The latest round of promotions recognises the exceptional talent within the business as well as their contribution and dedication to the firm’s success in recent years, notably in a record breaking 2024, in terms of revenue and profit.

Alasdair Manning – an ESG advisor in the Glasgow Property Management team – has been promoted to Associate Director, as has Building Surveyor Chyrelle Watt. Lenka Svorcova of the Planning team has been made a Senior Surveyor.

Across the UK, sixty-five people were promoted in total; 20 to Director, 19 to Associate Director, 17 to Senior Surveyor, seven to Senior Business Support and two to Consultant, effective from today (April 1, 2025). This milestone underscores the company’s commitment to fostering talent from within and rewarding excellence – full details of national promotions.

Members of the cohort are from many parts of the business including as well as talent within the business’ vital support functions. Each individual has demonstrated outstanding performance, and a commitment to the firm’s values, by building relationships, being enterprising, doing what’s right and of course and being experts in their fields.
