One of Scotland’s largest College’s is looking for three non-executive members to join its Board of Management.

Edinburgh College is looking for individuals who have a strong commitment to changing lives and an understanding of the value of education.

Successful candidates will be part of a dynamic and influential Board following a period of considerable change and emerging opportunity for Edinburgh College and its students.

The College is particularly looking to attract candidates with experience of the education sector; or knowledge of commerce, finance, the third sector, local authorities or trade unions; or Edinburgh and the Lothians area and their needs.

The College would also welcome applications from individuals with relevant expertise in any of the following areas: Human Resources and Organisational Development; Estates and Infrastructure; Digital; and Hospitality and Tourism.

The voluntary role will require successful candidates to dedicate around 1.5 days per month for a period of four years.

The deadline for submitting applications is Wednesday 9 January 2019. Interviews will take place on Friday 25 January 2019.
