Co-Working at Strathmore

Posted: 9th August 2019

With over 10 years of experience providing small to medium sized businesses with flexible office space solutions across four locations in Edinburgh’s city centre, the Strathmore team is very pleased to announce the opening of our first co-working space.

Having recognised a shift in the way people choose to work and a rise in the popularity of shared work environments – according to deskmags’s 2019 coworking survey by the end of this year, almost 2.2 million people are expected to work in over 22,000 coworking spaces worldwide – we’ve introduced flexible coworking packages to our portfolio.

Our new shared workspace is ideally located at 10 South St Andrew Street, just minutes from Waverley train station, and offers a mixture of dedicated desks for those seeking a more permanent work station and also hotdesking options for those who plan on coming and going a little more.

Memberships plans:

Dedicated Desk (£285 + VAT PCM)

  • 24/7 access
  • Personal workstation
  • Lockable storage
  • Private network connection

Full Time Hotdesk (£199 + VAT PCM)

  • Monday to Friday, unlimited days

Part Time Hotdesk (£125 + VAT PCM)

  • Monday to Friday, 10 days per month

All co-working memberships include access to our business lounge and bookable meeting rooms at a discounted rate. Super-fast WIFI (no really, that’s the feedback we keep hearing) is available to everyone and we also have private phone booths for those who might need to make longer or personal business calls.

Co-working at Strathmore provides a professional image for your business and a friendly working environment. A space for independent professionals, small businesses and start-ups to work, meet with clients and build new connections within our business community.
