We are establishing a Staff Governance Committee (SGC) to support our New Ambition and to help deliver a strategic approach to organisational development and human resources policy and practice throughout the organisation.

Would you like to be part of our staff governance committee?

We are keen to recruit volunteer committee members who possess relevant knowledge of staff governance issues and experience or interest in any of the following areas :

• Contributing to the development and review of Staff Governance strategic plans
• Organisational development
• Human resources
• Promoting a learning and development culture
• Health and safety
• The principles of risk management

The SGC will meet no less than 4 times per annum during office hours.
Meetings will be held in CHSS head office.
