Generous ScotRail customers help raise £57,000 for 2016 Poppy appeal
19th January 2017A total of £53,892.49 was collected through donations and the sale of poppies at stations and booking offices across the country in the weeks leading up to Armistice Day on November 11. The ScotRail Alliance has donate a further £4,000, bringing the final total to almost £58,000. All of which will go towards supporting military veterans and their families.

ScotRail and Stagecoach ticket acceptance in place next week
16th January 2017People from Fife will now be able to stay on the move during periods of severe rail disruption, thanks to a new ticket acceptance arrangement between ScotRail and Stagecoach East Scotland. From Monday 16 January, ScotRail customers affected by any major disruption as a result of severe weather, emergency repairs or signalling issues, will be able to complete their journey using Stagecoach East Scotland bus services.
