Business leaders from across Edinburgh and the Lothians are invited to a unique leadership event at Lost Shore Surf Resort on Friday 16 January, focused on building resilient, high-performing teams.

High Performance in Motion: Finding the Flow in Resilient Teams is a curated morning experience exploring how principles from elite sport and high-performance environments can be applied to leadership and teamwork in business.

The event will feature a panel discussion hosted by Lewis Ledingham, CEO of leadership development consultancy Ceannas, with speakers including former Scotland rugby captain turned commercial airline pilot Stuart McInally and senior leaders from Lost Shore. Together, they will share practical insights on leadership under pressure, resilience, and creating the conditions for sustained high performance.

Designed for senior leaders, founders and people professionals, the morning combines thought-provoking discussion with peer networking in an informal but purposeful setting.

Attendees can also choose to extend their experience with an optional behind-the-scenes resort tour or surf session, reinforcing themes of focus, flow and collaboration.
