Equate Scotland, the national experts in Scotland for gender equality in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and the Built Environment (STEM) are offering, for free, a new workshop around ‘Building Culture Change in Your Organisation’.

Addressed to employers in Scotland, this workshop will help organisations and their employees to reflect on the culture within their organisation, explore the different components of culture change, and provide practical steps forward to be an actor of change and enhance inclusive conversations and behaviours.

This workshop will include:

• Understanding what culture change means
• Understanding policies and their cultural implementation
• Exploring what happens when we don’t think below the surface with ED&I
• Action planning steps for organisations

This workshop is open to people of all genders and designed to cater to a wide range of professionals. Strategists, directors, HR professionals, recruitment consultants, equality, diversity and inclusion officers, line managers and board members may find the event particularly relevant.
