Glasgow, 27 August 2025 — Apex Hotels has been named Hospitality Health Employer of the Year at the prestigious Scottish Bar & Pub Awards 2025, held on 26th August at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Glasgow.

Now in its 30th year, the glittering, Oscars-themed ceremony welcomed hundreds of hospitality professionals from across Scotland, with more than 100 venues shortlisted as finalists.
