Apex Hotels has been named as a finalist in the Community Awards category at The Springboard Awards for Excellence 2026, recognising the group’s long-standing commitment to supporting the communities in which it operates through its Apex Gives Back initiative.

The prestigious awards celebrate the very best of the hospitality industry — honouring innovators, mentors, community champions and businesses that go above and beyond to make hospitality a rewarding, inclusive and forward-thinking place to work.

The Community Award specifically recognises organisations that demonstrate meaningful, coordinated and measurable impact at a local level. Judges look for collaborative efforts, initiatives and partnerships that create tangible benefits for communities and the people within them.

Apex Hotels was commended for Apex Gives Back, its structured programme that combines national charity partnerships, local fundraising, volunteering and sustainability activity across its portfolio of UK hotels. The initiative has grown year-on-year, evolving to respond to local needs while creating opportunities for team members to give their time and skills to causes close to their hearts.

As part of the programme, Apex works closely with its national charity partners Hospitality Action and Maggie’s, alongside a wide range of local organisations in each destination.

Winners will be announced at The Springboard Awards for Excellence ceremony on Thursday 30 April 2026 at the Park Plaza London Riverbank, where industry leaders will gather for an evening of networking, dining, entertainment and celebration.
