Improve diversity and inclusion in your workplace with Intercultural Youth Scotland!

With funding from the Workplace Equality Fund, Intercultural Youth Scotland are able to offer funded places in our anti-racism and cultural proficiency training program.

The program includes four hours of training in February, as well as an ‘anti-racism health check’ and aftercare to support your organisation in building anti-racism into your workplace practice.

Through our program, we hope to help make your workplace one that is safe and welcoming for young Black people and young people of colour.
