New outdoor dining destination launches for summer season
RAISING a glass to the summer season, a new champagne terrace has opened in the heart of Edinburgh, offering a stylish setting for after-work drinks, celebrations and relaxed outdoor dining.
Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa Edinburgh has unveiled the new Taittinger Champagne Terrace at One Square, creating a fresh destination where hotel guests, visitors and Edinburgh locals can enjoy premium champagne, freshly prepared food and warm Scottish hospitality.
Designed to capture the atmosphere of long summer evenings in the city, the terrace combines contemporary food and drink with a welcoming outdoor setting, providing a new option for those looking to unwind, socialise or mark a special occasion.
The launch forms part of One Square’s continued commitment to delivering memorable dining experiences while building on its reputation as one of Edinburgh’s leading hospitality destinations.

At the heart of the new terrace offering is a carefully selected range of Taittinger Champagnes, complemented by a menu designed for sharing and social occasions, including freshly prepared pizzas from the venue’s new pizza oven, bringing a casual and contemporary dining element to the experience.

The new terrace is open at One Square, welcoming both hotel residents and non-residents.
