Providing you with the tools to adapt to an ever-changing world
Sustrans Scotland and Way to Work Scotland are delighted to host another free online interactive event to support workers, whether from home or otherwise, during this unpredictable era.
Following the success of her first webinar in our initial Working It Out series back in June, we are overjoyed to welcome back Anna Bell as our guest speaker for Working it Out 2.0: Providing you with the tools to adapt to an ever-changing world.

- Sustaining healthy habits and staying active
- Building motivation and consistency
- Adopting behavioural flexibility
- Setting yourself up for success while working remotely and presenting yourself virtually
The event will be taking place via Eventbrite on Thursday November 26th, 3pm-4pm.

About Anna:
Anna has been working as an independent coach and trainer since 2015, specialising in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), resilience, mindfulness, and creativity. She has over 30 years’ experience of coaching, developing, and leading people, which sparked a fascination for how people think, feel, behave, and go through change. This led her to follow her passion for supporting people to bring out the best in themselves and others, both personally and professionally.
Throughout lockdown Anna has enjoyed providing support to a wide audience, sharing her expertise to help people to build resilience through these challenging times. She spoke in the first Working It Out webinar series in June and is delighted to be back again.
