2020 Edinburgh Community Resilience Week – Cancelled
We’re writing to let you know that we’ve taken the difficult decision to cancel Edinburgh Community Resilience Week 2020, which was scheduled for 24-26 March.
We are actively managing the evolving impact of the Coronavirus outbreak and appreciate that many of our delegates, as resilience professionals, will be doing the same.
The safety and well-being of our colleagues and communities is our main priority.
The Council and our partners remain committed to the annual Edinburgh Community Resilience Week and we look forward to welcoming you to next year’s event.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this cancellation may cause.
Places are filling up fast for Edinburgh Community Resilience Week 2020, which is being held on Tuesday 24 March – Thursday 26 March. The event aims to further enhance resilience and promote understanding between key sectors and organisations within Edinburgh.
The event objectives are to:
- gain insight and knowledge into current resilience and national security issues from high calibre speakers
- enhance your organisation’s preparedness
- network with other organisations across a wide range of sectors
- raise awareness of CONTEST through Police Scotland led training
The week is aimed at specialists or those with an interest in resilience, business continuity, emergency planning and security issues.
