Full employment has brought about a revolution in employment practices. The corporate world used to be able to discriminate - no old people, no untrained youngsters, and definitely no people with disabilities or inconvenient religious beliefs.
Now employees can pick and choose the companies they prefer to work for, and surveys show that they choose not only on the basis of pay and conditions but on intangibles - will they be proud to work for company X? Does company Y share their values and ethics?
