Edinburgh City Sub Group

The remit, objectives and plan of the Edinburgh City Sub Group, a sub group of the Transport Policy Group:

Membership

• Graham Birse (ECC)
• Mike Connelly (TIE)
• Ian Craig (Lothian Buses)

Remit

1. To establish effective communications with the CEC transport leadership.
2. To collate information from ECC members, including other Policy Groups, on relevant CEC transport issues.
3. To agree a schedule of planned CEC transport projects to be championed by the ECC, together with those approved projects to be supported by the ECC.
4. To prepare submissions to the CEC on behalf of the ECC.
5. To coordinate ECC's response to local transport policy plans, documents and initiatives sought by the CEC and transport bodies.
6. To provide a full progress update to each ECC Transport group meeting.
