Economic Action Resilience Network

In these challenging economic times, it is all the more important to take steps to support Edinburgh's economy and build for the future. That means helping residents and businesses weather the recession as well as promoting the city to potential investors and visitors.
While the basis of our economy remains strong by comparison to other areas, redundancy, loss of business or mounting debts are likely to be an unfortunate reality for some.
The Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce has joined forces with The City of Edinburgh Council and other partners, working together with under the Economic Action Resilience Network (EARN) to offer practical advice and support to businesses and individuals with the aim of helping to build a stronger economy.
This is a growing network of partners from both the public and private sector. So far, Essential Edinburgh, Edinburgh Colleges Network and the Capital City Partnership have agreed to partner with Edinburgh Chamber and The City of Edinburgh Council, but it is expected that the network will continue to grow.
