In the space of two years, two of the UK's major cities will be host to the two most prestigious sporting events on the planet. The London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games alone are expected to generate 75,000 business opportunities and the possibilities for the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in 2014 will also be significant.

To ensure your business can bid for some of this work, we invite you to join us at the Scottish launch of the London 2012 Business Network where we will demonstrate the real opportunity and help available for small and medium sized business to get a piece of the action. It's a little known fact that some Scottish companies have already obtained contracts for London 2012 and one of these companies will be at this launch event to explain how they did it.

Speakers include Charles Allen CBE, Chairman, LOCOG Nations and Regions Group, Sir Robert Smith, Chair of Glasgow 2014 Ltd and Jack Perry, CEO of Scottish Enterprise. Jim Mather, MSP and Minister for Enterprise, Energy and Tourism will also address the audience by video.
