Recognising the economic impact of supporting more women to grow their businesses, in 2011 Edinburgh Chamber in partnership with Blue Horizons (Scotland) Ltd and supported by Edinburgh Council and European Regional Development Fund launched the Women Mean Business (WMB) programme.
