A reminder of our One Step Ahead (OSA) recession support campaign that we launched in March 2009. Ensure you are aware of all the money-saving initiatives we have introduced to add value to your membership package. This new offering is constandtly growing, so keep an eye on the OSA website. Page 5.
New ECC Customer Services Team
We introduce our new Customer Servoces Team, which we have set up to serve as a first port of call for all enquires, delivering a top quality service for our members and clients through a highly skilled, dedicated central hub.
Re-launch of Business Comment
In October 2009 we re-launch Business Comment with a completely new look and additional regular features. We will also be working with a new publisher - Distinctive Publishing - as of the October/November issue and we have increased the print run from 3,000 to 3,500. All members will continue to receive their free copies as usual.
