Love Golf? Keep in the swing with a golf loyalty card

Posted: 22nd February 2018

For die hard golf fans, who want to keep in the swing of it, Edinburgh Leisure’s new loyalty card for pay and play golf customers, may be just the thing for those who want to keep in the swing of it but without the need for paying for an annual membership fee and earning loyalty points, leading to a free round eventually.

Customers will receive 8 loyalty points per £1 spent, meaning a potential of up to 212 points per round (equivalent to £2.12), meaning their 13th round would be free.  An 18-hole round of golf costs up to £26.50 at the Braids.

Customers wanting to take advantage of the new loyalty pay and play golf card need to initially register at the starter office at their chosen Edinburgh Leisure course. If a round is booked online, customers will be prompted by an online message/booking confirmation and will be required to pick up their loyalty card at the starters officer before their round starts. The points will be registered by swiping the card before the round.

The Edinburgh Leisure Golf Club spans all six of Edinburgh Leisure’s courses which include: Braid Hills, Carrick Knowe, Craigentinny, Portobello, Silverknowes and the Wee Braids*, although this is closed until 28 February 2018.

The Golf Membership is available to buy at any Edinburgh Leisure golf club and online. Choose your preferred club to receive details of the loyalty scheme – www.edinburghleisure.co.uk/memberships/golf.
