IME makes senior appointment
Bill Adams brought in to bolster growth plans
IME Property Ltd is gearing up for another year of growth by adding an experienced senior consultant to its team.
The Edinburgh-based agency has brought on board Bill Adams who has been operating as a freelance property consultant and investment advisor since 2008.
The 54-year-old recently left DM Hall and provides a wealth of industry experience having held the post as Director of Residential Development & Investment Scotland at Colliers CRE from 2005 to 2008. Bill had also previously worked as a business sales agent at Christie & Co before embarking on his freelance career.
IME Property managing director, Iain Mercer, believes the addition of Adams as consultant will assist in their organic growth plans: “Bill is a welcome addition to the team at IME and we are delighted he has chosen to join us.
“He brings with him a wealth of knowledge, experience and contacts in a number of sectors which will be vital as we continue to grow IME’s services across Scotland and beyond.”
The appointment comes just a week after IME revealed it had been nominated as a finalist in the ‘Rising Star of the Year’ category at the Scottish Property Awards. It is the second year in succession the firm has been shortlisted.
