eCom Discusses Truly Accessible Learning at Learning Technologies 2017

Posted: 19th January 2017

With accessibility continuing to be a hot industry topic, eCom, the learning solutions specialists, will share their insight on how to achieve truly accessible learning, at Learning Technologies 2017, 1-2 February, London.

eCom has an expanded presence at this year’s event and will be on stand F8 to demonstrate its extensive range of products and services. The eCom team will be on hand to discuss how eCom’s flexible solutions drive learning strategy and deliver measurable commercial benefits.

“The energy around the Learning Technologies event is always inspiring. We are looking forward to discussing the challenges that organisations are experiencing in this unprecedented period of change and sharing potential pathways to success”. Wendy Edie, eCom Scotland

eCom are hosting a seminar, ‘Accessible Learning – Much More Than Design Standards’, in Theatre 3 on 2nd February, 13:15. Shona Smart, Learning Solutions Consultant, will draw from eCom’s recent work with RNIB to discuss the key considerations for delivering accessible learning. Her presentation will cover:

  • Strategy – Balancing strategic business needs with the demands of the untethered, collaborative and empowered learner
  • Execution – Moving from a model of developing more learning tools to creating better learning experiences
  • Implementation – Overcoming distraction and impatience to enable constant focus on learning

Also on stand F8 will be eNetAuthor, the cloud authoring tool for eLearning teams. eNetAuthor enables seamless content creation by supporting the complete eLearning process from storyboarding to sign-off. Exhibition visitors will receive a complementary GPS wireless tracker with every demo of eNetAuthor. To find out more about eNetAuthor and to register for a free trial, visit www.eNetAuthor.com.
