Company scoops three major accolades at premier industry awards

Cruden Homes scooped a hat trick of awards, including the top prize of Home Builder of the Year 2016, at trade body Homes for Scotland’s largest ever awards ceremony on Friday.

In addition to the headline prize, Cruden also picked up the award for Private Development of the Year (medium 26-99 units) for its exclusive Woodcroft development in Edinburgh, along with the Home of the Year for First Time Buyers award for its Berberis two-bedroom apartment.

The Homes for Scotland Awards are designed to showcase the sector’s achievements in building homes that meet a diverse set of needs and aspirations. They were presented in front of a record 1100-strong crowd at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.
