About Business Classification Codes
The Business Classification Codes system allows us to accurately identify the business services offered by each of our member companies.
Each new member of the Chamber is invited to choose three classification codes, similar to SIC codes, into which their business services fit, and to record these choices on the paper application form for Chamber membership.
Please remember that your first choice of business classification will be identified by the Chamber as your primary business classification: this will be the one used when organising networking events, where the format requires us to provide the best outcome for members by keeping competitor companies apart.
In addition, current members may wish to view the classification codes if their business service mix changes and therefore a change to business classification codes is required.
In this event, having identified which code changes they would like, members should contact the Chamber and ask for the Member Relations Division. Please don't hestitate to call with any questions.
