Our contemporary menu offers a combination of European influences with a hint of Scottish tradition. We offer an a la carte and grill menu, utilising a combination of seasonal, fresh, Scottish produce. Ingredients are sourced locally by the chef who works closely with our suppliers to ensure Circus menus celebrate the best of every season.
