The areas are modern in design, light and airy, with extremely comfortable Boss boardroom chairs and solid oak tables. They also offer a superb range of in-built audio visual equipment. The Boardroom can seat up to 40 in different layouts and has an LCD plasma screen and LCD projector, a drop down screen, a DVD player and a surround sound audio system. The Conference Room seats up to 24 in different layouts and also has a range of equipment. The Business Centre can be offered in its entirety on a private basis to one client, providing complete privacy for anything from team away days, to residential conferences and Board level strategy meetings.

Lochside House offers three conference rooms and two meeting rooms. The Lammermuir, Blackford and Calton rooms can seat up to 15 people, boardroom style, but they can also be arranged in a classroom, U shaped or theatre style layout. The Lammermuir and Blackford rooms also open up into one large conference room, accommodating up to 55 people theatre style.

Additionally the Calton room offers videoconferencing. In addition there are two smaller meeting rooms seating four and eight people. All rooms are available to hire by the hour; half day or full day.
