7 days cooling-off period for your membership
You have the right to cancel your Edinburgh Chamber membership within 7 days ('the cooling off period') commencing either from the agreement of the relevant contract payment or the receipt of the membership application, whichever happens later. The following refund policy will apply for cancellations within the cooling off period:- If you cancel during the cooling off period, you will be entitled to a full refund of your membership subscription.
- If you cancel during the cooling off period, but on or after the membership account is activated, you will have no right to a refund.
If you wish to cancel after the cooling off period has expired, subject to any relevant statutory rights you may have, we will not be obliged to give refunds for any unexpired portions of membership. Membership is valid for a 12 month period.
