Group Mentoring

Our mentors are established business people with their own blend of business and life experience. Their role is to support, stimulate and challenge you helping you view your business in a different light within a group environment. Whether you are a new business, or have ambitious plans to grow your existing business, working with a mentor and alongside other businesses can kick-start the process, giving you immediate access to impartial advice, relevant experience, and a great network of contacts.

Executive Skillsbank

An innovative initiative to support managers and professionals who have been made redundant or are facing redundancy. They can register on the skills bank, a searchable database which logs their skills, experience and areas of expertise. They have the opportunity to be matched with local businesses and third sector organisations that are looking for executive level support to help their organisation.
