The Events Team

The Events Team at the Edinburgh Chamber has in-depth experience of event management from the smallest event to larger dinners for 400 guests.

We organise more than 50 events a year and go to great lengths to ensure that the quality of the event exceeds customer expectations.

We regularly introduce new event formats in response to our members' needs, regularly teaming up with a number of partner organisations to ensure members are kept ahead of what's happening in Edinburgh - from transport to new retailers we make sure you are in the know.

The programme includes a variety of events held in the morning, over lunch and in the early evening, including:

  • Dinners with high calibre speakers (including Tony Blair, Alistair Darling and Sir Tom Farmer)
  • Breakfast meetings.
  • Networking lunches
  • Lunching in Leith events
  • Women in business events
  • 'Lite Nites' and 'After Hours' - relaxed networking evening at interesting venues
  • Joint events

Events Manager

Mayan Grace has overall responsiblty for the event marketing and management and for building partnerships to continue to extend our range of events.

Events Co-ordinator

Jill Davidson works with Mayan to co-ordinate and market our events. Jill also facilitates our popular events matchmaking service.

Events Administrator

Tessa Huntley provides event administration, processes bookings and payments and assists members with their event enquiries.
